The Latter Rain - A Moment of Clarity

The latter rain is a reference to the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the last days on all flesh.

And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.
- Acts 2:17 (KJV)

It is a highly finetuned event.

Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.
- James 5:7-8 (KJV)

Consider this excerpt from an article:

The end-time outpouring of the Holy Spirit will not come to us as a nebulous or mysterious power, but rather in the form of unprecedented clarity regarding God's love, which was put on display in Jesus.

I think there's a lot of truth in that statement.

God will never force anything upon us. God will never say "You must do this". It's far more subtle than that.

I do firmly belief that the outpouring of the Holy Spirit will be "a moment of clarity". A short period of time where satan is told to stand down, so that the Truth can be clearly discerned.

Not everyone will respond to this of course, and most of the wicked will probably just continue on the path they're on.

Given how subtle this event is, it could easily happen at any moment...
