Diet and Health
Most Seventh-Day Adventists are vegetarians, and follow the diet recommended by Ellen White.
This is sometimes also referred to as "the Garden of Eden diet".
It consists of:
- Set eating times (5-6 hours apart)
The following should be avoided:
- No cheese
- No sugar
- No caffeine
- No meat
The benefits of this diet are:
- Increased mental clarity
- No more animal killing on your behalf
- Weight loss
